摘要:为了研究不同粒径香菇菌渣对黄瓜幼苗素质及抗旱性的影响,本实验将不同粒径大小(小于1mm、1~3mm、3~5mm、5~7mm)的香菇菌渣分别与土壤按3:7,4:6的比例混合,进行黄瓜幼苗培育和抗旱性实验.结果表明:形态指标上,菌渣对黄瓜幼苗有抑制作用;生理指标方向,40%菌渣基质在叶绿素含量这项指标上和30%菌渣基质差异不大,都高于空白处理,其中将菌渣粉碎成1~3mm与土壤按30%混合效果最好,抗旱性而言,40%菌渣处理要比30%菌渣处理略高,都明显高于空白处理,其中将菌渣粉碎成1~3mm并与土壤按40%混合效果最好.

Abstract: in order to study the different particle size of mushroom residue on the cucumber seedling quality and drought resistance effect, this experiment will different particle size ( less than 1mm, 1 ~ 3mm, 3 ~ 5mm, 5 ~ 7mm ) of the mushroom slag respectively and soil by 3: 7, 4: 6 proportion, cucumber seedling cultivation and drought resistance experiment. The results showed that: morphological index, mushroom residue on cucumber seedling growth inhibition; physiological indexes of 40% direction, mushroom residue matrix in the chlorophyll content of the indexes and 30% fungi residue difference, is higher than the blank processing, in which the mushroom slag crushed into 1 ~ 3mm and soil by 30% best mixing effect, drought resistance character in 40%, mushroom residue treatment than 30% bacteria slag treatment slightly high, were significantly higher than that of blank processing, in which the mushroom slag crushed into 1 ~ 3mm and soil by 40% best mixing effect.Key words: mushroom residue; different particle size; cucumber; seedling quality(英文)
