"People Oriente"' (人际取向/以人为本)主要表现在管理决策在多大程度上考虑到决策结果对组织内成员的影响.重视“人”在企业中发挥的作用,使企业职工心甘情愿地为企业效力.
"Aggressiveness" (进取精神)组织成员的进取心和竞争性(而不是随和性)的程度如何.
